Features: Blaine Street apartments (“Greens”) provide students with an independent, apartment-style living experience within a pet-friendly community. Featuring a gated front entry, this apartment complex offers residents a comfortable and secure living environment while remaining connected to the broader ÃÛѨÊÓƵ community.
Each apartment includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with furnishings designed to support student success and comfort. Residents are provided with a Twin XL bed, dresser, desk, desk chair and closet space within their bedroom and a fully furnished lounge space. All residents share a communal laundry facility within the community. As a designated pet-friendly community, Blaine Street apartments allow approved pets in accordance with university policies and procedures. Residents who choose to live with a pet are responsible for meeting all pet registration requirements and maintaining a safe, clean and respectful living environment for their roommates, neighbors and community members.
