McMinnville Campus Housing
Living on Campus
Living on ÃÛѨÊÓƵ’s McMinnville campus provides students with opportunities to build community, develop meaningful relationships, and engage in the university experience beyond the classroom. The University Office of Housing & Residence Life supports students throughout their residential experience, with Resident Assistants (RAs) and professional staff available to help students navigate campus living, build community and make the most of their time at ÃÛѨÊÓƵ.
ÃÛѨÊÓƵ offers 14 active residence halls, each providing a unique residential experience. Housing options include Themed Living Communities, such as our Pet-Friendly, Single-Gender and Gender-Inclusive communities, as well as three Living Learning Communities focused on Pride and Allyship, Sustainability and Wellness and Substance-Free Living. Most residence halls are co-ed by floor, while Mahaffey Hall is co-ed throughout the building.
For students eligible and seeking a more independent living experience, ÃÛѨÊÓƵ offers three apartment communities available through the student housing selection process: Hewlett-Packard Apartment Park, Blaine Street Apartment Complex and College Avenue Apartment Complex. Newby Hall provides housing for students with specific accommodations coordinated through Learning Support Services (LSS) and Housing, while Dana Hall provides housing for graduate students and students approved for special exemptions, such as fifth-year students.
With a variety of residential communities and housing options, students can find a living environment that supports their individual needs, interests, and goals while remaining connected to the larger ÃÛѨÊÓƵ community.
