Features: The College Avenue apartments (“Whites”) are located on North Campus near the Education Department, College Avenue apartments offer residents convenient access to campus resources while providing a comfortable and supportive residential environment. The community also features a basketball court, providing residents with an additional space for recreation, connection and community engagement.
Each apartment includes two bedrooms and one bathroom, along with furnishings designed to support student success and comfort. Resident bedrooms are furnished with a Twin XL bed, dresser, desk, desk chair and closet space. Each apartment also includes a fully furnished shared lounge space for residents to gather, relax and build community. Laundry facilities are available through a communal laundry space shared among residents within the apartment community.
