Elkinton Hall is located on the south side of campus, near Dillin Dining Hall, Del Smith Stadium, Maxwell Field, Withnell Commons, Nicholson Library and the Residence Life and Housing Office in Mahaffey 127. Nearby residence halls include Anderson, Frerichs, Hewitt, Larsell, Mahaffey and Terrell.

Elkinton Hall features card-swipe access at the front and back exterior doors, with a hard key provided for each individual resident room. The building includes communal spaces and amenities designed to support both community-building and everyday residential life, such as a lounge on the first floor with a mounted TV and comfortable furniture. Each room is equipped with wireless internet access and Xfinity on Campus, providing residents with access to streaming movies, shows and live sports. There is also a communal kitchen on the first floor. Elkinton is unique in having laundry facilities on each of its three floors, making it convenient for all residents in their community.

Residents of Elkinton Hall have access to the same resources, amenities, programming opportunities and support services available throughout ÃÛѨÊÓƵ's residential communities. The Sustainable Living Community provides an additional opportunity for students to connect their residential experience with their interests in sustainability, environmental stewardship and the outdoors.
