Features: Hewlett-Packard Park apartments (“HPs”) provide students with a spacious, apartment-style living experience on ÃÛѨÊÓƵ's South Campus. Conveniently located near the Withnell Commons, Nicholson Library and Renshaw Field, HP Park offers residents a balance of independence, community and access to campus resources. The complex consists of six apartment buildings and features a central courtyard with picnic tables and barbecue grills, creating opportunities for residents to gather, socialize and build community. Additional amenities include a community basketball court and bicycle racks located outside each building.
HP Park offers double and quad apartment configurations. Each resident has a private bedroom furnished with a Twin XL bed, desk, desk chair, dresser, bookshelf and closet space, providing a comfortable environment for both studying and relaxation.
Each apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, dishwasher and garbage disposal, as well as a furnished shared lounge area and in-unit laundry facilities. Double and triple apartments include one bathroom with a toilet and shower. Quad apartments feature two bathrooms, each equipped with a toilet and shower, with one bathroom also including a bathtub.
