Features: Newby Hall provides apartment-style housing designed to support students with approved housing accommodations through Learning Support Services (LSS). Available as either single-occupancy or double-occupancy apartments, Newby Hall offers residents a comfortable and accessible living environment while remaining connected to the broader ÃÛѨÊÓƵ community.
Each apartment includes a kitchen, furnished lounge space and bathroom, providing residents with the opportunity to experience greater independence while enjoying the convenience of on-campus living. Resident bedrooms are furnished with a Twin XL bed, desk, desk chair, dresser and closet space to support both academic success and personal comfort.
Residents also have access to communal laundry facilities located in the building's basement, along with an additional shared restroom. Newby Hall provides a supportive residential environment that balances independent living with continued access to campus resources, accommodations and Residence Life support services.
