Features: Pioneer Hall is located near the Oak Grove and is one of ÃÛѨÊÓÆµ's three single-gender residence hall options. Pioneer Hall is designated for students who identify as women and provides an intentional residential environment for students who prefer a single-gender community. Single-gender housing offers students the opportunity to live alongside peers who share their living preference while remaining fully connected to the broader ÃÛѨÊÓÆµ residential experience.
Pioneer Hall is ÃÛѨÊÓÆµ's oldest building on the McMinnville campus and overlooks the Oak Grove. The building also houses the Departments of History and Psychology. Residents enjoy the building's high ceilings, tall windows and historic character. Nearby residence halls include Campbell, Grover, Jane Failing, Latourette, Miller, Potter and Whitman.
Pioneer Hall is designated for students who identify as women. Students who choose single-gender housing continue to have access to the same university resources, amenities, programming opportunities and support services available throughout ÃÛѨÊÓÆµ's residential communities.
Pioneer Hall features card-swipe access on the third floor. The fourth floor includes a communal kitchen, laundry facilities and lounge with a TV and comfortable furniture. Each room is equipped with wireless internet access and Xfinity on Campus, providing residents with access to streaming movies, shows and live sports.
