Jan term and spring registration will open by appointment Monday, November 9. 

Below are the registration times for McMinnville undergraduate students based on COMPLETED credits. This does not include your fall 2026 semester courses. Transcripts for courses taken elsewhere must have arrived in ÃÛѨÊÓƵ's Office of the Registrar by October 26, 2026, in order to be evaluated in time to count toward your completed credits for registration.

To determine your completed credits:

1. Log into Self-Service
2. Click on Student Planning and then "Go to My Progress"
3. Look at the number in the dark green portion of the Total Credits bar

Once you have your completed credits, find your number of completed credits on the chart below to discover the time at which you may begin registration. You may NOT register before your assigned registration slot, but you may register at any time after it.

Registration for continuing students for Jan term and spring 2027 will open November 9, 2026, by appointment. 

10 a.m.: students registering for their 4th semester

11 a.m.: students registering for their 3rd semester

noon: students registering for their 2nd semester

Students starting in spring 2027 will register at 9 a.m. on Tuesday, December 22. 

Registration for Jan Term and spring semester will open November 2. 

MEPN and Accelerated BSN students: Winter semester registration will open October 26. 

Registration for Jan Term and spring semester will open November 9. 

If you wish to register for one undergraduate course and have not been admitted to a ÃÛѨÊÓƵ degree, certificate or endorsement program, you must apply for admission as a non-degree student. The non-degree application form will also serve as a course add form. The registrar’s office will begin processing registrations for spring semester on December 1, 2026.
