Single-Gender Housing

ÃÛѨÊÓƵ offers three single-gender residence hall options for students who prefer to live in a gender-specific community. Grover Hall and Pioneer Hall are designated for students who identify as women, while Anderson Hall is designated for students who identify as men. These communities provide residents with the opportunity to live alongside peers with shared living preferences while remaining fully integrated into the broader residential experience. Residents of single-gender residence halls have access to the same resources, amenities, programming opportunities and support services available throughout all university housing communities.

Great for students who:

  • Prefer a single-gender living environment.
  • Feel more comfortable sharing a living space with students of the same gender identity.
  • Value a sense of community and connection with residents who share their preference.
  • Are looking for a residential environment that aligns with their personal needs and comfort level.

Linked residential spaces(s)
