Pet-Friendly Housing
Bringing your pet to campus is bringing a little bit of home with you.
ÃÛѨÊÓƵ offers a designated pet-friendly housing option in Jane Failing Hall for students who wish to live with an approved pet while residing on campus. Pet-friendly housing provides residents with the opportunity to enjoy the companionship of a pet while maintaining a safe, healthy and respectful living environment for all community members. Students residing in pet-friendly housing are responsible for the care, supervision and behavior of their pets and must comply with all university policies, procedures and registration requirements related to pet ownership.
Because pets can impact roommates, neighbors and shared community spaces, residents are expected to ensure their pets do not create health, safety, sanitation, or noise concerns. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up after their pets, preventing damage to university property and maintaining appropriate control of their animals at all times. Additional information regarding approved pets, registration procedures, resident responsibilities and community expectations can be found in the Pet-Friendly Housing Policy section of this handbook.
Great for students who:
- Want to bring a pet from home
